ACCT123M - Introduction to Accounting and Financial Reporting II A continuation of the concepts covered in Accounting and Financial Reporting I. Emphasis is placed on the analysis of balance sheet accounts including accounts receivable, notes receivable, property, plant and equipment, short-term and long-term liabilities, bonds, investment, stock transactions, retained earning, cash flows, ratio computation and analysis, and partnerships. This course also compares and contrasts basic accounting methods of accounting for sole-proprietorships, partnerships and corporations. Prereq: ACCT113M

Topics covered include: basic combustion theory, how the components of high pressure gun type burners operate, choosing replacement parts, mechanical troubleshooting, oil tank installation, advanced combustion theory, and steady state efficiency testing. Students must be simultaneously enrolled in HVAC115M. It is recommended that students have successfully completed or are simultaneously enrolled in HVAC101M, HVAC109M and HVAC110M.

GDES115M - Digital Imaging Beginning study and use of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Through the exploration of hands-on projects, students will learn vector-based image creation and digital imaging editing with an emphasis on graphic design, print, web graphics, and fine art applications. Capstone project will showcase skills in both applications. Prerequisites: None Can fulfill a fine arts elective

ADMT118M - Electrical Fundamentals for Manufacturing This course provides an introduction to basic electrical concepts, practices, and procedures. The material presented includes electrical safety, basic AC/DC electrical theory, magnetic theory, electrical formulas and calculations, test equipment, testing procedures, and electrical diagrams.
