An in-depth study of operation, installation and troubleshooting of specific controls used in heating and cooling systems. To better understand how these controls affect system operation. Basic mechanical functions of these systems will be covered. A review of electrical motors will be conducted to ensure students are well prepared for future HVAC classes. Students must be simultaneously enrolled in HVAC120M.
