This course is a survey of HVAC Project Management process from initial conception to completion. Topics include feasibility analysis, storage / staging issues, software application, personnel management, contractual procedures, and project site safety. Students will be introduced to basic HVAC contractor operations, project planning and scheduling. After building a conceptual base, students will apply their knowledge to simulated HVAC projects.
